Returns & Cancellations Policy

We are committed to supplying products of the highest quality and hope you’ll be delighted with your purchase from Skindog Surfboards & Skindog Hardware Ltd. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item by following the steps below.

 

Returns Process

We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of dispatch.

To return an item, you must first obtain a returns number by contacting us:

Please include your order number when requesting a returns number.
We cannot accept returns without prior authorisation, and the returns number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Once you receive your returns number, please return the item promptly.

 

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
• For exchanges, you are responsible for the return postage, and an additional postage charge will apply for sending the replacement item(s).
• For refunds, you must cover the cost of postage back to us.
• If you received a faulty item or an item sent in error, we will refund your return postage.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, bikinis, or earplugs.
• You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We recommend using a tracked delivery service requiring a signature.

 

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us and we will refund your payment.
If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns process above.

 

Order Refusal

We reserve the right to cancel orders if we identify them as potentially fraudulent or if shipping costs are disproportionately high relative to the order value.
