How to Order Your Custom Surfboard

Placing an order for your new custom Skindog Surfboard couldn’t be simpler. Just follow the steps below.

1 — Choose the Right Model and Size

If you already know the model, size, and colour you want, get in touch right away. Email sales@skindogsurfboards.co.uk or call 01637 873 990 and we’ll take your deposit and begin crafting your board immediately.

If you’d like help choosing the perfect model, dialling in your sizing, or exploring finishes, sprays, or designs, we’re here for that too. We love talking boards and want to ensure your custom build is absolutely spot‑on.

Give us a call and chat with the team—including Ben—or drop us an email. We’ll use our extensive experience to make sure the board you order is the perfect match for you.

2 — Pay Your Deposit

Once we’ve finalised your board details, we’ll take a deposit to secure your custom build. The deposit amount depends on the size of the board, and we’ll outline this clearly from the start.

You can pay over the phone, in store, via PayPal, or by bank transfer—whatever is easiest for you.

3 — Sit Back & Relax

As soon as your deposit is received, we’ll begin shaping your board. You can rest easy knowing your custom Skindog Surfboard is being crafted with care, precision, and the highest attention to detail.

4 — Your Board Is Ready

When your board is complete, we’ll contact you by phone and email. At this stage, we’ll finalise shipping arrangements, confirm the remaining balance, and help you with any accessories you may need.
