Noteworthy is the substantial concave through the nose, extending to the back third of the board, where it transitions into a V inside a double concave. This design significantly contributes to lift while on the nose and ensures smooth flow from nose to tail surfing.

The apex in the rail is elevated through the nose, gradually melding into a low apex through the tail. This unique configuration provides excellent response off the tail when needed, delivering the expected feel of a classic traditional design.

Ben's first competitive outing on this board earned him the highest heat total of the whole WSL World Longboard titles in Taiwan, in December 2018, with 18.07 out of 20. 

This Peacemaker is constructed using 'Thunderbolt Black' technology, a 100% hand layup Carbon Fibre/Fibreglass Lamination which delivers a competition weight and flex surfboard. 'Thunderbolt Black' uses a Fused Cell EPS Foam Blank which incorporates a Carbon Fibre Multi-Component Flex Control System, which replaces a traditional wooden stringer, which, along with the Carbon Fibre/Fibreglass lamination delivers a familiar flex which will remain for the extended lifespan of these durable boards. Thunderbolt Black uses a 6oz + 2oz Carbon Fibre/Fibreglass deck lamination with the same on the bottom. The Fused Cell EPS Foam Blank is wrapped in a Core Shield PVC Shell, which affords flexible protection to the EPS core.
